Aims and Objects

To provide legal help to needy legal awareness, legal education, legal information sharing, provide guidance and support to people seeking litigation and arbitration. To work for, solve property litigation and support people to solve their problems and do all acts and deeds to do the same.

To promote, file get, fetch, analyze, RTI/ RTIS, aware, people, community, and society about RTI, its mode operation, jurisdiction, rights and establishment, build, expand, manage, administer term of volunteers those who are concern with society, community, area and locality to file, practice and prepare RTI and documents. Also to service facilitation, facility for fetching information regarding RTI, facility for education, infusion of useful knowledge, research are provided and to obtain information and approval from the government, without distinction of community, caste, sex, creed or otherwise transfer for the sake of community benefit and conduct research and development work to find out alternative source of energy.

To provide scholarship, from books, educational aids, charity to needy, deserving students/persons in persons in performing and discharging their social and moral obligation and duties e.g. vocational training and academic education.

To provide social service training. Legal aid and awareness centers and to rehabilitate or/and assist the handicapped and crippled or/and organize blood donation campaign association with red cross or any other agency ( IES).

To establish and provided facilities for dissemination of useful knowledge by publishing books, magazines, periodicals or/and by holding conferences, seminars, film shows, exhibitions and /or by establishing educational institution of special nature as may be permissible by law.

To organize programmed for charity and social welfare and development of the poverty stricken people and to take all charitable measure to make them self-sufficient.

To organize health protection schemes and/ or for the relief from cancer, T.B., HIV/AIDS and other deadly diseases and carry on the program of family planning, reproductive child and health, mother and child care etc. and to establish charitable diagnostic centers and/or hospitals to achieve sound health as per requirements of the world health organization.

To organize and carry out the programmes for the protection of children farmers, women, elderly people/old age people, ex-service man, people in need/destitute, also to work for multifaceted social welfare for the same and do all acts and deeds that help protect their interest, welfare and improve standard of living.

To prepare and execute action based research projects on socio-economic, cultural and/or otherwise aspects of human life, especially in the field of natural/man made disaster, children orphans, disabled, street children etc.

To form, open, run, maintain centers for anti corruption, squad, anti corruption control, crime control/ investigation, investigating the mattes related to crimes and its control methodology which largely affects society, community and welfare of people at large. Also to help administration, police departments and or otherwise in controlling crime, investigation, extortions and all illegal work that has been prevented or barred or debarred in constitution, also to work for smooth implementation and come in action of Indian constitution with help of all allied departments and desks thus helping prevent corruptions, crimes and help people live in fearless environment.

To control adulteration, food adulteration, work for prevention of adulteration, aware people about food adulteration, motivate and mobilize people to control and prevent adulteration, create, from, manage and train anti adulteration squad or team to control and prevent food adulteration. To do all acts and deeds that will help in control and prevention of food adulteration in the interest of welfare of people.

Those to promote and work for issues of handicapped people and their related problems to solve, support and arrange all the arrangement for welfare of handicapped people. Work for the promotion and/or support of sustainable income generation as social welfare through technical and/or otherwise training at the education institutions of the society with main focus and advantages to handicapped.

To aid or establish any institution or adopt means for imparting, promotion of any art, science or any other field of education, propagate for removal of social evils, customs or render or promote self help to overcome any of these evils particularly for the poor and weaker sections of the society in India and abroad.

As an active humanitarian organization, we work for the respect and promotion of human rights all over India our work consists of educating the people about their rights. We also investigate the abuses development and consequences our main aim is to contribute to development of the victims shuttering through indignity and any breach of their human rights spirit of the victims of human rights violations and fighting against the impunity of human rights violators.

The organization working for the good cause of the people especially the poor who shatter due to un education and old age problems and manage schools colleges and educational branches promote education, cultural and social development for poor working people and also offers courses like tailoring beautician, computer etc.

This is reason the common people ultimately give up the efforts to get help and console themselves this trust is the way available for the people of all walks of life.

Trust is way to promote educational, cultural and social development of the poor and weaker section the common people who cannot earn for two times meals, do not afford to give any bribe and ultimately give up the efforts to get help and console themselves their destiny that they have to sutter.
